Some of my products have marks on the wax, what is that?
At Fae Candle Co. we use 100% pure soy wax which is one of the major culprits for ‘frosting’. This is a completely normal part of using soy wax products and does not impact the quality or fragrance of a candle at all.
Our candles are ‘topped’ before sending to try and minimise this, which means applying a heat gun finish to ensure that all imperfections are smoothed out. Due to the size and make up of our wax melts this is not possible to do with these product types but this will have no impact on the product burn.
How should I store my products?
Please store all wax products in a cool, dark location to ensure they remain at their best. Products which have been stored in areas prone to excessive heat or light are still useable however the fragrance throw will likely diminish.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All of our product packaging can be recycled and we encourage you to do so to minimise our impact. Please do so in conjunction with your local authority guidance.
