Refund policy

Fae Candle Co. accepts returns and exchanges of unwanted items in the event that the customer contacts us within 14 days of delivery. 

Conditions of Return

• Items must be unused and unopened.
• Items must be returned back to us within 30 days from your delivery date.
• Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs.

Faulty Items

If you wish to return an item that is used but faulty, please include a description of the fault.
